Position Overview
We are seeking a Senior Director of Human Resources to join a renowned Nashville law firm. The role requires proven law firm experience and invites candidates interested in relocating to the Nashville area. This position partners with executive leadership to drive HR strategies and support a high-performing, engaged workforce.
Key Responsibilities
- Build, mentor, and guide a high-performing HR team across all core functions.
- Oversee talent acquisition and onboarding for administrative and business teams, ensuring an exceptional candidate and new hire experience.
- Partner with leadership on workforce planning, organizational design, and employee engagement strategies.
- Manage Compensation, Benefits, and total rewards programs to remain competitive and support employee satisfaction.
- Lead the development and execution of HR strategies that align with the firm's goals and culture.
- Collaborate with firm leadership and communications teams to deliver clear, engaging internal communications.
- Support professional development, training, and change management initiatives to strengthen the employee experience and firmwide culture.
Required Qualifications
- At least 8 years of senior HR experience, preferably within a law firm environment.
- Excellent communication skills.
- A bachelor's degree is required.
