Key Responsibilities

• Installing, troubleshooting, repairing, and maintaining low voltage cabling (CAT5, CAT6, and fiber).
• Working on network device installations and supporting a wide range of commercial and data center circuits.
• Ensuring quality workmanship and compliance with the latest fiber technologies.
• Interacting with clients and internal teams while maintaining a professional, customer‑focused demeanor.
• Performing all duties in a 100% onsite, world‑class data center environment.

Required Qualifications

• 3–5 years of hands‑on experience in low voltage cabling (CAT5/CAT6).
• Proven experience installing fiber cabling.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to follow processes, work safely, and maintain attention to detail in a fast‑paced setting.
