As a Digital Marketing Strategy Lead within PNC’s Marketing organization, based at a PNC Marketing Hub location, you will drive innovative omni-channel strategies to propel our growth agenda.
PNC’s Marketing organization is on a journey to redefine what great marketing looks like while serving as an innovative growth engine for the business. We are seeking an experienced digital credit card marketer who is passionate about performance marketing, enhancing user experiences and customer journeys, and leveraging data and insights to craft breakthrough creative strategies.
Key Responsibilities
- Design & deploy omni-channel customer acquisition journeys
- Email Campaign Strategy & Execution
- Develop and implement strategies to market credit cards to existing PNC customer base across all consumer and Small Business Card products
- Apply email best practices and leverage new capabilities to drive breakthrough marketing
- Design and implement always-on A/B testing
- Define KPIs for success for programs and individual test campaigns; partner with Marketing Analytics to build performance dashboards
- Use data to continually optimize performance
- Formally brief stakeholders on channel performance and next steps
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent combination of education and experience)
- 5+ years of industry-relevant experience in digital marketing and strategic campaign execution
- Proven expertise in developing integrated, multi-channel marketing strategies that drive customer acquisition, growth, and retention
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to synthesize data and optimize performance

- Experience in advertising, content marketing, and developing competitive advantages
- Expertise in customer solutions, digital marketing programs, and marketing strategy formulation
- Results-oriented approach with strong negotiation and collaborative skills

- Base Salary: $85,000.00 – $138,000.00 (Salaries may vary based on geographic location, market data, and individual experience)
