AI & GEN AI Data Scientist-Experienced Associate

Position Overview

At PwC, our Data, Analytics & AI team leverages advanced analytics to extract insights from large datasets and drive business decision-making. In this role, you will apply data manipulation, visualization, and statistical modeling techniques to solve complex client challenges. You will collaborate with diverse teams, take ownership of your work, and consistently deliver quality outcomes. Travel: Up to 80%.

Key Responsibilities

• Build and implement GenAI and AI solutions, including analytical model development, prompt engineering, and iterative client engagements.
• Document and analyze business processes to identify opportunities for AI and Generative AI solutions and develop appropriate approaches.
• Collaborate with client teams to understand business problems and select suitable analytical models and architectures.
• Lead and contribute to proofs of concept, pilots, and production use cases while ensuring quality delivery in cross-functional teams.
• Direct and coach associates and other experts to deliver efficient solutions and maintain high performance standards.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in data analytics or a related field.
• Proficient in Python (e.g., Pandas, NLTK, Scikit-learn, Keras), LLM development frameworks (e.g., Langchain, Semantic Kernel), and cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, Google Cloud).
• Experience with machine learning, deep learning, vectorization, and prompt engineering for AI/GenAI application development.
• Strong ability to manage client engagements, gather requirements, and effectively communicate technical solutions.
