As a valued member of the Enterprise Marketing team, you will lead the newly established Enterprise Brand Strategy function and Talent Acquisition marketing. This role is pivotal in defining the intent behind our Enterprise brand efforts to drive business growth and market leadership while partnering with Talent Acquisition to shape our employer brand and execute recruitment marketing initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Brand Strategy Development, Execution and Management: Define brand elements including brand architecture, positioning, identity, naming and messaging to ensure consistency across all channels. Plan and execute brand activation campaigns to enhance visibility and engagement.
- Recruitment Marketing: Leverage marketing expertise to attract top talent by collaborating with Talent Acquisition, crafting compelling stories and campaigns that showcase Fannie Mae’s culture and employee value proposition.
- Business Insight: Research trends, competitive insights, and customer behaviors to inform brand positioning. Monitor changes in the marketing landscape and adjust strategies accordingly.
- Communication and Storytelling: Present clear and engaging information to internal and external audiences including senior leadership through presentations, copywriting, and strategic communication.
- Cross-functional Collaboration and Influence: Work with segment marketing, product/business owners, and HR to integrate brand strategies into business initiatives and ensure alignment across teams.
Required Qualifications
- 4 years’ experience in a marketing strategy and execution role.
- Prior experience leading brand development and/or related initiatives.
- Creative thinker with a strategic mindset and a strong understanding of brand identity and positioning.
- Experience in digital marketing, social media strategy, and content marketing.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, consumer insights, and market research.
- Exceptional communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills with a capacity to influence and collaborate across teams.
- Ability to engage senior leadership professionally while managing multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
- 7+ years of relevant experience.
- Experience in employer brand or talent acquisition marketing efforts.
- Expertise in brand governance, including performance measurement and development of brand guidelines.
- Proven ability to lead through change, adapt to shifting priorities, and motivate teams.
Benefits & Perks
- Compensation: $109,000 - $142,000 a year
- Eligible to participate in a Fannie Mae incentive program (subject to program terms).
