As a member of Baxter's sales team, you'll be aligned to one of our global business units and be responsible for new business, developing existing accounts and ensuring a patient-centric approach in all your dealings. Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement a territory business plan and sales strategy.
- Increase revenue in the assigned territory by promoting BardyDx's Core products and services.
- Develop relationships with Electrophysiologists, Cardiologists, Internal Medicine, Family Practice, Neurologists and Emergency Medicine Physicians to drive increased adoption of products & services.
- Develop and manage relationships with physicians, office staff, and practice/hospital administration.
- Spend 80% of your time in the assigned territory promoting the company's products and services.
- Gain a deep understanding of customer needs, improve the overall customer experience, and generate new sales and marketing tactics to grow market share and drive growth.
- Run your business ethically and stay within company budget guidelines with business expenses.
- Train staff, physicians, and administration on the accurate usage and billing codes for our products & services.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree is preferred or at least 2-3 years of outside B2B sales experience is required.
- A combination of successful medical sales—with a focus on Cardiology or Electrophysiology—and B2B sales experience is strongly preferred.
- Previous Medical Device or Diagnostic Services Sales experience is strongly preferred.
- Experience selling to hospitals or IDNs is strongly preferred, but not required.
- Excellent relationship-building skills across all customer levels as well as with internal teams.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to formulate solutions and make decisions with minimal mentorship.
- Well-organized with demonstrated time management and prioritization skills.
- Process-oriented with the ability to multi-task and lead opportunities with both short and long sales cycles.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, along with strong analytical and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to travel within the assigned territory (including overnights) at least 75% of the time.
