Salary: $25 - $32-hr DOE + 5% Bonus Eligibility

As a Customer Service Rep, you will:

• Assist customers with inquiries, complaints, and requests via phone, email, and chat;
• Provide timely and accurate information about Schuman Cheese products, services, and policies;
• Resolve customer issues and escalate as needed to ensure customer satisfaction;
• Process orders, returns, and refunds in a timely manner;
• Maintain customer records and update information as needed;
• Collaborate with other departments to address customer needs and improve processes;
• Contribute to a positive and professional work environment.
