Position Overview

We are looking for an expert-level Technical BA with FIS MBP ecosystem and Digital One applications experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Contribute to overall core banking solution strategy for digital bank implementation to meet the organization's business requirements.
• Identify and understand guidelines, policies and procedures for IT Asset Management for core banking applications used at Jenius Bank.
• Contribute to implementation of core banking FIS solutions by collaborating with Product teams.
• Define and document technical specifications of core banking FIS integrations used by Jenius Bank for MBP 3.8 to MBP 3.11 upgrade.
• Responsible for MBP 3.11 documentation review and analysis with Jenius stakeholders.
• Responsible for outlining API and event updates.
• Maintain the Jenius Kanban board.
• Provide support for Jenius testing strategy.
• Monitor, evaluate, and execute audit processes to ensure compliance.
• Other related duties as assigned.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, information systems, business administration or a related discipline.
• 5-10 years of experience in an Analyst role in Banking.
• Banking/Financial Services experience is a must.
• Previous experience in an Agile environment for banking, financial services, or credit card services preferred.
• Proficiency in standard office software such as MS Office, Visio, and JIRA.
• Experience with the banking ecosystem and system integrations.
• Solid skills in testing APIs using tools like Rest Assured, Postman and writing automation scripts for API tests.
• Working knowledge of banking concepts (e.g., ACH/EFT processing, Deposits, Lending, GL).
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills across various organizational levels.
• Excellent analytical, decision-making, problem-solving, interpersonal, team, customer service, negotiation, conflict management, and time management skills.
