Work Schedule: On-site

Pay Rate: $80 Based on experience.

Description:

• Organize material and complete documentation for planning processes according to set standards regarding order, clarity, conciseness, style, and terminology.
• Maintain records and files of work and revisions.
• Review published materials and recommend revisions or changes in scope, format, and content.
• Assist in publishing materials in Agile and IS Training portals for global users.
• Work with demand supply planning and production planning personnel and to become familiar with planning, production and product fulfillment methods.
• Understand the demand and supply planning processes within advanced planning tool - O9 to translate that into end user documentation (including video tutorials).
• Develop or maintain online help documentation. Support AI search efforts within the organization.

• Project management software — Atlassian Confluence.
• Office Tools – Microsoft Office Suite.
• ERP Software – O9 Ref Model, S4 HANA.
• Product Lifecycle Management – Agile.
• Document management software — Adobe Acrobat; Microsoft SharePoint.
