Position Overview
The Company, a top-tier financial services provider, is seeking a Vice President of Integrated Marketing to lead the strategic development and execution of cross-channel marketing initiatives. In this role, you will drive brand awareness, customer engagement, and revenue growth, ensuring that all marketing campaigns are cohesive and aligned with the overall brand vision and business objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- Spearhead the development and execution of cross-channel integrated marketing initiatives.
- Drive brand awareness, customer engagement, and revenue growth through measurable marketing efforts.
- Lead the creation of an integrated marketing strategy ensuring consistent messaging across various media.
- Oversee end-to-end campaign execution and manage both internal teams and external agencies.
- Foster a data-driven culture by leveraging market research and analytics to refine messaging and targeting.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 12 years of marketing experience, including at least 5 years in a senior leadership role focused on integrated marketing.
- Proven track record in leading cross-functional marketing teams and executing complex, multichannel campaigns.
- Deep understanding of brand strategy, media planning, digital marketing, and content development.
- Strong leadership skills with demonstrated ability to mentor high-performing teams and manage external vendors and agencies.
