Events Team in the Queen City! Are you passionate about creating memorable experiences and have a knack for organization? We're seeking an enthusiastic Events Assistant to support our growing events department in Cincinnati, Ohio.
As an Events Assistant, you'll be the backbone of our event operations, working closely with our Events Manager to execute flawless corporate meetings, social celebrations, and community gatherings throughout the Greater Cincinnati area. From intimate boardroom presentations to large-scale conferences, you'll help bring our clients' visions to life.

Key Responsibilities
- Assist with event planning, coordination, and execution from concept to completion
- Manage vendor relationships and coordinate logistics with caterers, decorators, and venue staff
- Handle event registration, guest communications, and on-site check-in processes
- Support setup and breakdown of events, ensuring attention to detail in all aspects
- Maintain accurate event budgets and track expenses
- Coordinate transportation, accommodations, and special requests for attendees
- Provide exceptional customer service to clients and event guests
- Assist with marketing materials and social media promotion for events
- Maintain organized filing systems and event documentation
Required Qualifications
- Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and event management software
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as needed
- Physical ability to lift up to 25 lbs and stand for extended periods
- Reliable transportation and willingness to travel to various venues throughout Cincinnati and Northern Kentucky
- Positive attitude and ability to remain calm under pressure
Preferred Qualifications
- 1-2 years of experience in event planning, hospitality, or customer service
- Bachelor’s degree with relevant experience

- Compensation: $35,000 - $42,000 annually or $18.79 - $22.64 per hour
