Marketing Wizard

Position Overview

We're seeking a Marketing Wizard to own and grow our marketing efforts at Sola—a venture‐backed startup disrupting the insurance industry. In this role, you'll design and execute strategic campaigns, collaborate with product, sales, and design teams, and help build a trusted brand in a rapidly evolving market.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a marketing strategy aligned with company goals.
• Identify and prioritize effective marketing channels.
• Collaborate with sales to align marketing with pipeline and revenue targets.
• Plan, launch, and optimize digital campaigns across web, email, and social platforms.
• Create compelling marketing content including landing pages, case studies, blog posts, newsletters, and sales collateral.
• Partner with the Marketing Designer on creative campaign assets.
• Track and analyze campaign performance and use data to refine initiatives.
• Support sales and leadership with targeted presentations and collateral.

Required Qualifications

• 3-5+ years of experience building and executing marketing campaigns, preferably in startup or fast-paced environments.
• Strong grasp of digital marketing channels including SEO, SEM, paid advertising, email marketing, and social media.
• Excellent writing and storytelling skills with an eye for design.
• Proficiency in data analytics using tools like Google Analytics, HubSpot, or similar platforms.
• Ability to work autonomously while balancing strategic planning with hands-on execution.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with B2B sales cycles and sales enablement.
• Background in growth marketing or demand generation.
