    <li style="margin:8px 0;">A minimum of 1 year of hands-on Java programming experience required.</li>
    <li style="margin:8px 0;">Java experience strongly recommended.</li>
    <li style="margin:8px 0;">C/C++ programming knowledge a plus.</li>
    <li style="margin:8px 0;">Experience with Client/Server distributed software applications a big plus.</li>
    <li style="margin:8px 0;">Experience with or knowledge of Agile Software Development methodologies a plus.</li>
    <li style="margin:8px 0;">Knowledge or exposure to technologies such as Spring, REST, XML, XML Schema, Hadoop/HBASE/Cloud base/Accumulo Mongo DB and EXTJS.</li>
