Clinical Liaison - Full Time

In this role, you will evaluate patients to determine if they meet admissions criteria, prepare strategic development plans, conduct marketing calls, and present the benefits of rehabilitation to potential referral sources. Working at Central California Rehabilitation Hospital in Bakersfield, California – a state-of-the-art inpatient rehab hospital that specializes in comprehensive rehabilitative services – you will be part of a facility recognized among the nation’s top rehabilitation centers.
Key Responsibilities
- Evaluate patients and determine if they meet admissions criteria.
- Prepare development plans and conduct calls with potential referral sources.
- Present the benefits of rehabilitation and promote the hospital’s programs.
- Integrate the hospital’s mission and “Guiding Principles” into daily practice.
Required Qualifications
- Valid and active clinical licensure (RN, LVN/LPN, Occupational Therapist, Physical Therapist, or Respiratory Therapist).
- Active driver’s license with proof of automobile insurance and a clean driving record.
- At least 3 years of healthcare experience; healthcare sales experience is a plus.
- One of the following licenses is required: Nurse, RN, LPN/LVN, PT, OT, or RT.
- Ability to build strong relationships in an assigned territory using clinical and selling skills, and a passion for patient advocacy.
Additional Qualifications
- Ability to travel regularly within the regional area.
- Knowledge of clinical operations, regulatory requirements, and reimbursement processes.
- Strong computer skills including data entry, word processing, and record management.
- Excellent organizational, time management, and communication skills.
- Ability to maintain quality, safety, and confidentiality standards.
- Effective collaboration skills to work closely and professionally with others.

Compensation
The wage range for this role takes into account a range of factors including skill sets, experience, education, training, licensure, certifications, and other organizational needs. It is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role. Compensation decisions depend on individual circumstances.
- Minimum Salary: USD $90,302.00/Yr.
- Maximum Salary: USD $107,920.00/Yr.
