Position Overview
Located at Service Center, Fort Worth - Alliance, Caliber Collision is seeking a Customer Service Consultant. In this role, you will be responsible for greeting customers in person or on the phone, determining their needs, and providing immediate guidance and assistance. You will support Collision Estimators by handling vehicle drop-offs, mapping/marking, photographing vehicles, arranging customer transportation, preparing paperwork, and executing active customer deliveries while maintaining effective communication with customers, clients, teammates, and vendors.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet customers in person or on the phone and determine their needs.
- Assist Collision Estimators by managing drop-offs, mapping/marking, and photographing vehicles.
- Arrange customer transportation and prepare necessary paperwork.
- Perform active customer deliveries and ensure smooth communication with all parties.
- Follow Caliber's Standard Operating Procedures, insurance guidelines, and industry standards.
Required Qualifications
- 2+ years of customer facing experience; sales experience is a plus.
- Must have a valid driver's license and be eligible for coverage under the company insurance policy.
- Ability to perform consistent physical activity (reaching above and below shoulder level, kneeling, bending, squatting, and lifting objects over 50 lbs).
- Passion for learning the collision industry and strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to prioritize competing tasks in a fast-paced environment while providing personable, friendly, "World Class" customer service.
