About the Role: We are seeking a passionate, innovative Senior Regional Marketing Manager to drive the marketing strategy and go-to-market plans for our North American business. Based in either Arlington, VA or San Francisco, CA, this full-time hybrid role (3 days per week in our San Francisco HQ) focuses on planning and executing marketing initiatives for our North America Civil Government and United States Government business.
Key Responsibilities
- Define the regional marketing strategy, prioritizing events and activities that influence pipeline and engagement with our top accounts.
- Manage a balanced portfolio of regional marketing activities from concept to completion.
- Influence marketing pipeline metrics and other key performance indicators.
Required Qualifications
- 6+ years of regional, field, events, and ABM marketing experience.
- Experience creating and executing a regional marketing strategy including launching and owning ABM programs.
- Experience planning and executing events at a range of budget levels and venues.
- Experience leveraging AI to scale marketing reach and efficiency.
Preferred Qualifications
- Success in creating and executing comprehensive regional marketing strategies that include a range of tactics and activities.
- Proven track record of overachieving marketing goals with a results-driven approach.
- Ability to organize, prioritize, and execute multiple projects under deadlines with a focus on business impact.
- Proficiency in marketing automation tools and CRM systems to launch campaigns, track effectiveness, and monitor ROI.
- Excellent attention to detail and project management skills to align all stakeholders during the planning process.

Compensation
The US base salary range for this full-time position is as follows. In addition, this role may be eligible for discretionary short-term and long-term incentives (bonus and equity). The final salary range is determined by experience, skills, and location.
San Francisco Salary Range: $114,200—$142,700 USD
