Position Overview

Based in Tempe, Arizona, this remote Part-Time Territory Sales Associate (TSA) role offers flexible schedules and the opportunity to represent fun brands like Reese’s, Hershey’s Kisses, Twizzlers and Jolly Ranchers. Candidates must reside in designated zip codes and be comfortable traveling to store locations, with an average travel of 55 miles per day. This role is ideal for a relationship-oriented person eager to flex their selling skills while ensuring flawless retail execution of merchandising plans.

Key Responsibilities

• Sell and maintain 100% distribution of all “authorized” Hershey Items in the assigned territory.
• Ensure flawless retail execution of Headquarter Sales and Merchandising Plans (Retail Execution Plan) through effective use of Permanent Secondary Displays.
• Report daily activities via tablets and submit weekly updates on activity, expenses, account changes, and promotions.
• Manage the assigned sales territory, adapting to variations in territory size, number of retailers, and location.

Required Qualifications

• Valid US state issued driver’s license and a personal vehicle in sound operating condition.
• Maintain personal auto insurance with minimum coverage of $100,000 per person/accident and $100,000 for property damage, permitting business use.
• Reside or be willing to commute within the specified territory zip codes.
• Ability to drive long distances, lift 10-40 lbs, and perform physical tasks such as bending and kneeling.
• Proficient in using tablet technology and having daily access to wireless internet.
• Availability to work 20-25 hours per week with a flexible and adaptable approach to changes in territory coverage.
• Education: High School Diploma or GED equivalent.

Preferred Qualifications

• 3-4 years of experience in food merchandising.
