Position Overview

Key Responsibilities
- Own the full recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing, screening, and onboarding
- Build proactive talent pipelines and execute creative sourcing strategies

- Proven track record in hiring for engineering roles in a startup or high-growth environment
- Strong sourcing skills with success in passive candidate hiring
- Excellent stakeholder management abilities
- Experience using ATS and sourcing tools
