We are expanding our Residential Sales Division and are looking for motivated, people-driven individuals ready to start or grow their career in sales, marketing, or customer service.
Key Responsibilities
- Engage with homeowners to educate them on renewable energy options and cost savings.
- Represent Mpower Direct at a local level and promote clean energy programs.
- Use a consultative approach to guide customers through a simple and transparent enrollment process.
- Build trust and maintain strong relationships with customers and teammates.
- Meet and exceed personal and team performance goals.
Required Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Must have legal authorization to work in the United States.
