Marketing & Outreach Coordinator – Senior Living Community

Overview:

Join our growing senior living community as we expand with new Independent Living residences. We are seeking a Marketing & Outreach Coordinator to drive lead generation, strengthen community relationships, and enhance our digital and brand presence across multiple channels. This role blends community outreach, event coordination, and hands-on marketing execution, including social media strategy, content creation, customer engagement, and sales team support.

Pay: $22.00–$25.00/hour

What You’ll Do:

  • Build partnerships with local businesses, referral sources, and community organizations
  • Generate leads through outreach, networking, and events
  • Plan and support engaging on-site and off-site events
  • Assist the sales team with tours, follow-ups, and prospect communication
  • Manage social media (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn) and create fun, engaging content
  • Help develop marketing materials and maintain consistent branding
  • Track outreach and marketing performance

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; college degree preferred
  • Experience in marketing, sales, or outreach (senior living a plus!)
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills
  • Comfortable with social media, content creation, and basic design (Canva or similar)
  • Organized, self-motivated, and enjoys being out in the community
