Position Overview

Optomi is seeking an Entry Level Account Executive to join our team starting January 2026. As part of the new Acadomi program, recent college graduates will receive hands‑on training, mentorship, and growth opportunities in the IT staffing industry. You will work closely with seasoned recruiters and account executives, gaining essential skills in recruiting and account management before transitioning into a client‐facing role in our Plano office.

Key Responsibilities

  • Participate in an informative 2‑month training program (January 12th, 2026 start date) with experienced recruiters and account executives.
  • Work closely with a team lead to refine your skills in sourcing, interviewing, and candidate submissions.
  • Gain experience cold‑calling, interacting with prospects, and generating new business opportunities.
  • Establish a foundation in Optomi’s recruiting and sales process to transition into an Account Executive role.
  • Connect with clients through calls, meetings, coffees, and lunches to understand their business challenges and needs.
  • Develop strong partnerships by showcasing Optomi’s value as the ideal partner for their hiring requirements.
  • Serve as the primary point‑of‑contact between clients and the recruiting team for interview feedback, updates, and coordination.
  • Maintain and grow your book of business through excellent written and verbal communication.

Required Qualifications

  • 0‑1 years of professional experience – training provided.
  • Drive and determination to succeed.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, innovative environment.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proven ability to develop strong and genuine relationships.
  • Must own a Mac Book Pro or Mac Book Air.
