  • Create engaging content including graphics, videos, blog posts, and photography that resonate with target audiences and enhance brand identity
  • Manage daily social media activities using tools like Hootsuite or Buffer to schedule posts, monitor engagement, and analyze performance metrics
  • Conduct social listening to gather insights on audience sentiment, industry trends, and competitor activity to inform marketing tactics
  • Optimize content for SEO by conducting keyword research and integrating keywords seamlessly into posts and campaigns
  • Oversee paid advertising campaigns on Facebook Advertising and other platforms to maximize reach and ROI
  • Collaborate with public relations teams to manage brand reputation and coordinate outreach efforts for events or campaigns
  • Utilize Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator) for graphic design projects that support marketing initiatives
  • Track web analytics using Google Analytics and web analytics tools to measure campaign effectiveness and identify growth opportunities
  • Maintain consistent branding across all digital channels while proofreading content to ensure clarity, accuracy, and professionalism

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in social media management and digital marketing with a strong portfolio of successful campaigns
  • Proficiency in graphic design software such as Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, and Adobe Creative Suite
  • Familiarity with social media management tools like Hootsuite or Buffer for scheduling and analytics
  • Knowledge of SEO best practices including keyword research, content optimization, and web analytics tools like Google Analytics
  • Experience with Facebook Advertising and other paid social media campaigns to drive engagement and conversions
  • Strong understanding of social listening techniques to monitor brand reputation and industry trends
  • Excellent communication skills with an eye for proofreading and content creation that aligns with branding guidelines
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail in a fast-paced environment
  • Background in public relations or relationship management is a plus; experience in e-commerce or video editing is beneficial
