Position Overview

TikTok is seeking a Commercial Partnership Solutions Sports Media Manager, NA Business Marketing based in New York (Regular – Job Code: A219614B). In this client‐facing role, you will work closely with sales, content solutions, industry strategy, and marketing teams to conceptualize and sell innovative monetization opportunities—from branded programming to unique TikTok activations—that drive revenue growth and amplify TikTok’s mission of inspiring creativity and joy.

Key Responsibilities

  • Create first-of-its-kind opportunities to bring brands unique, branded programming.
  • Amplify TikTok’s mission by developing a varied slate of ownable monetization opportunities that meet advertiser objectives.
  • Partner with clients to understand their business objectives and educate them on innovative editorial and content opportunities.
  • Generate revenue through the development and sale of bespoke sponsorship packages.
  • Forge strategic partnerships across internal teams—including Sales Operations, Product, Creator Solutions, and Brand Marketing—to unlock innovative content solutions.

Required Qualifications

  • Minimum 4+ years of experience in digital media, brand partnerships, sales strategy, or business development.
  • Proven success in pitching and closing high-impact sponsorships or integrated marketing solutions with senior brand and agency stakeholders.
  • Strong understanding of the media planning/buying process and advertiser decision-making cycles.
  • Ability to build consultative relationships with top marketing decision-makers and translate business challenges into creative revenue-driving solutions.
  • Skilled in translating client objectives into innovative, custom partnership opportunities.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Familiarity with the sports and entertainment landscape and leveraging cultural moments for growth.
  • Experience creating and selling multi-platform or branded content campaigns in creator-first or social-first environments.
  • Strategic thinker with the ability to analyze performance data to inform future partnership solutions.
  • Exceptional communication skills and comfort presenting to both internal and external senior stakeholders.
  • Experience working in a fast-paced, matrixed organization with a proactive, entrepreneurial spirit.
  • Knowledge of performance metrics, measurement solutions, and the evolving digital media ecosystem.
  • Ability to build strong relationships and guide brands through ideation and activation.
  • Excellent presentation skills with the ability to shape narratives and clearly articulate business value.
  • A proactive and curious mindset that thrives in collaborative, dynamic environments.

Benefits & Perks

  • Compensation: Base salary range of $93,600 - $212,800 annually. Actual compensation may vary based on qualifications, skills, and location. This role is also eligible for additional discretionary bonuses/incentives and restricted stock units.
