Position Overview

As a Guest Service Associate, you'll be the first smiling face our clients see—helping them look and feel fab! With comprehensive training and a focus on excellent service, you’ll enjoy competitive Compensation starting at $16.00/hour plus commission and bonus opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

• Welcome guests and provide an exceptional waxing experience.
• Educate clients on our exclusive Comfort Wax process and 4 Steps to Gorgeous.
• Assist with scheduling, guest inquiries, and product promotion.
• Maintain a clean, luxurious, and inviting salon environment.
• Uphold European Wax Center’s values and deliver top-notch customer service.

Required Qualifications

• Ability to work weekends and maintain open availability.
• A positive, friendly, upbeat and personable attitude.
• A professional appearance at all times.
• Comfortable working in a fun, fast-paced environment.

• Previous sales experience.
