Key Responsibilities

  • Answer customer requests or inquiries
  • Upsell products and/or services
  • Identify and resolve customer issues using problem-solving skills
  • Build a positive rapport with diverse personality types
  • Maintain a working knowledge of our clients' products, services, and promotions
  • Put the customer first while remaining polite and professional at all times
  • Document all customer information, communications, and sales in the computer system

Required Qualifications

  • Goal oriented with a healthy competitive spirit
  • Strong attention to detail, dependability, and follow through
  • Working knowledge of Windows-based software
  • Flexibility to adapt to changes in a growing organization
  • Self-motivated, positive attitude, and a love for hard work
  • Previous sales experience is a plus
  • Background and/or drug test may be required
