Position Overview

We are excited to introduce Acadomi – a new program launching in JANUARY 2026 – designed for recent college graduates eager to jump-start their careers in the IT staffing industry. Through this full-time program, you will receive hands-on training, mentorship from seasoned recruiters and account executives, and exposure to best recruiting practices as well as account management. After completing the program, you will have the opportunity to advance in one of our Atlanta, Charlotte, or Dallas offices.
Key Responsibilities
- Participate in an informative 2-month training program with experienced Recruiters and Account Executives to boost your career in IT recruiting.
- Work closely with a Team Lead to perfect your skills in sourcing, interviewing, and submitting candidates.
- Gain experience in cold calling, interacting, and prospecting new business opportunities.
- Build a strong foundation in Optomi’s recruiting and sales process, preparing to eventually transition into an Account Executive role.
- Connect with clients in the Atlanta market to understand their business needs through calls, in-person meetings, and networking events.
- Develop strong partnerships with key clients by effectively communicating how Optomi can serve as the ideal business partner.
- Serve as the main point-of-contact for all hiring needs between clients and the recruiting team, ensuring smooth communication and coordination.
- Maintain and grow your personal book of business through excellent written and verbal communication.

- Education: Bachelor's degree
