In this role, the Manager, Social and Seasonal Acquisition IMC will be part of the Acquisition IMC team. You will lead the development and execution of acquisition advertising campaigns for Xfinity residential services (TV, Internet, Streaming, and Mobile) – primarily targeting non-Xfinity customers – and drive creative excellence across multiple channels including social, TV, digital display, online video, print, and radio.

Key Responsibilities

  • Report to the Director, Seasonal Acquisition IMC and oversee development and execution of multi-channel acquisition campaigns.
  • Serve as the subject matter expert on top-performing social practices, creative best practices, KPIs, and platform innovations.
  • Implement product messaging guidelines across all creative touchpoints.
  • Collaborate with agency partners to ensure flawless, on-strategy creative and timely delivery.
  • Partner with internal teams including legal, product, and performance optimization to leverage data and review performance learnings.
  • Manage and mentor the Specialist, Social and Seasonal Acquisition IMC to maintain a high-performing team.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

  • Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.
  • A collaborative team player capable of working with multiple stakeholders across a complex organization.
  • Proven independent judgment and discretion on significant matters.
  • Regular, consistent, and punctual attendance with flexibility to work nights, weekends, and overtime when necessary.
  • Bachelor's Degree.
  • 5-7 Years of relevant work experience.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Agency experience is a plus.
