Position Overview
We are looking for a part-time Marketing & Partnerships Coordinator to help increase awareness of Hayman Enterprises and its affiliated projects.
This role goes beyond managing social media. The ideal candidate is someone who enjoys identifying opportunities, researching partnerships, generating fresh ideas, supporting outreach efforts, and helping expand visibility across multiple channels.
This position is well suited for a self-starter who enjoys both creative thinking and practical execution.
Responsibilities
Marketing & Brand Awareness
- Assist with social media planning and content development
- Identify opportunities to increase brand visibility
- Research relevant events, organizations, publications, and community partnerships
- Help develop marketing campaigns across multiple platforms
- Monitor marketing trends and recommend new approaches
Partnerships & Outreach
- Research potential partners, sponsors, collaborators, and affiliate opportunities
- Support relationship-building efforts with community organizations and businesses
- Assist with outreach campaigns and follow-up communications
- Identify opportunities for cross-promotion and strategic partnerships
Research & Business Development Support
- Research organizations, networks, and opportunities aligned with company initiatives
- Identify conferences, events, media opportunities, and community engagement opportunities
- Generate and present creative ideas to support growth and awareness
- Assist with special projects as assigned
Qualifications
Required
- Strong written communication skills
- Comfortable conducting online research
- Organized and detail-oriented
- Ability to work independently
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Familiarity with major social media platforms
Preferred
- Experience with marketing, communications, public relations, or business development
- Experience using Canva or similar design tools
- Experience supporting nonprofit, community, arts, food systems, or entrepreneurial initiatives
- Experience with partnership development or outreach efforts
