Position Overview
The Deutsche Bank Graduate Program is a year-long comprehensive program offering exposure to a variety of fascinating projects along with ongoing professional and technical training. As part of a creative, collaborative and innovative technology team, you will develop and deliver solutions that modernize our technology infrastructure, reduce complexity and risk, and drive business growth. Through a structured entry-level rotational program, you will gain expertise in diverse areas while being supported by a global network of peers, mentors, and a global wellbeing program. Eligible candidates must complete their studies between 1st January 2024 and 31st July 2025, be prepared to start full time in July 2025, and have no more than 12 months of relevant work experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and deliver engineering solutions for our businesses and customers.
- Provide production engineering services to ensure the safety and reliability of our technology.
- Analyse business data to inform strategic plans and deliveries.
- Enhance our infrastructure capabilities and functions.
- Apply standard design patterns for strategic DB frameworks (e.g. Fabric, Autobahn, GLUE).
Required Qualifications
- Student or recent graduate with excellent communication skills and adaptability.
- Must complete studies between 1st January 2024 and 31st July 2025.
- Ability to start full time in July 2025, subject to local working legislation and visa requirements.
- No more than 12 months of full-time, relevant work experience.
