Job Description

Edwards Lifesciences is looking for an experienced and highly motivated Clinical Marketing Manager

to join the Critical Care team. The successful candidate will be tasked with driving product strategy, developing marketing plans, and executing tactics to drive sales and adoption of Edwards Lifesciences’ critical care products.

Qualifications required for this position include:

  • A Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, engineering, or a related field
  • 5+ years of experience in clinical marketing, medical device marketing, or related field
  • Proven ability to develop successful marketing strategies
  • Experience in leading cross-functional teams
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

The ideal candidate will have a passion for critical care and a proven track record of driving sales and adoption of medical device products.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop product strategy and marketing plans to drive sales and adoption of Edwards Lifesciences’ critical care products.
  • Execute tactical plans to achieve sales objectives.
  • Lead cross-functional teams to support product development and marketing efforts.
  • Analyze customer feedback and industry trends to identify areas for improvement in product strategy and marketing plans.
  • Collaborate with internal and external teams to ensure product messaging and positioning is aligned with company objectives.
  • Implement campaigns to drive sales and adoption of products.
  • Monitor and report on marketing successes and areas for improvement.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with customers, industry contacts, and other stakeholders.
  • Support sales initiatives and activities.
  • Stay up to date on industry developments and best practices.
