Position Overview
Aon is looking for a Growth Marketing Strategist. As part of an industry-leading team, you will help empower results for our clients by delivering innovative and effective solutions within Aon’s Affinity businesses. This role offers a hybrid work schedule based in Fort Washington, PA or the opportunity to work 100% remote. Key Responsibilities
- Develop omni-channel growth marketing strategies in collaboration with business leaders and marketing specialists to attract and retain customers.
- Design, build, launch, and optimize always-on marketing campaigns that promote the brand, differentiate solutions, generate leads, and drive revenue.
- Apply expertise in reviewing and fine-tuning marketing and customer acquisition strategies in the digital realm.
- Collaborate with channel strategists and the Marketing Analytics team to optimize performance across web, social, paid media, email, direct mail, video, and more.
- Ensure user-centric designs by leveraging data from analytics, A/B tests, and multi-variate tests for continuous improvement.
- Manage projects by coordinating with 3rd party partners and internal teams, ensuring effective website updates, content alignment, and tracking.
- Oversee content quality by ensuring it is customer-centric, SEO optimized, grammatically correct, and compliant with relevant laws and brand standards.
- Communicate complex technical concepts clearly with diverse teams and stakeholders.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in a marketing strategy and execution role.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent years of industry experience.
- Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and data-driven decision making.
- Proven experience designing, analyzing, and optimizing digital marketing channels such as websites, mobile, social media, paid media, email, webinars, and video.
- Experience with marketing technology including automation platforms, CRM systems, and specifically Salesforce products is preferred.
- Familiarity with content management systems (e.g., Kentico) and user testing.
- Excellent project management and leadership skills with the ability to manage cross-functional teams.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in the insurance or financial services industry and/or with high-net-worth clientele is a plus.
- Hands-on experience conducting A/B tests to drive customer insights.
- Previous experience with Salesforce products and modern marketing analytics tools.

- Compensation: Salary range is $90,000 to $120,000 annually, plus eligibility for an annual discretionary bonus based on performance, internal equity, and market data.
