Position Overview

Endorse Infinity is seeking a friendly and customer-focused Entry Level Customer Service Rep to join our team. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be the first point of contact for our clients and customers, providing exceptional service and support over the phone, via email, and through social media.

Key Responsibilities

  • Answer inbound calls and respond to customer inquiries in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Assist customers with their accounts, including troubleshooting and resolving issues.
  • Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions, and follow up to ensure resolution.
  • Maintain accurate and detailed records of customer interactions and transactions.
  • Collaborate with other departments to address customer needs and provide comprehensive solutions.
  • Communicate effectively with customers through email and social media channels.

Required Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think on your feet.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Proficiency in using computers and familiarity with CRM software is a plus.

Compensation

$19.50 - $29.00 / hour
