Job Description

Position Overview

The Director, Enterprise Communications & Marketing leads PRR’s firm-wide internal communications and marketing efforts, shaping and executing the agency’s internal narrative and brand presence to ensure employees remain informed, engaged, and aligned with PRR’s strategy, values, and growth priorities. This role is accountable for translating PRR’s strategy, structure, and growth initiatives into clear, coordinated communications that support culture, performance, new business, and talent attraction, operating as a strategic partner to executive leadership and various division leaders.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and lead a comprehensive internal communications strategy that reinforces the agency’s vision, culture, and strategic priorities.
  • Serve as a trusted advisor to executive leadership on change management communications, organizational updates, and sensitive issues.
  • Manage and support internal channels (intranet, town halls, newsletters, etc.) to ensure clarity, cadence, and engagement.
  • Oversee the content calendar, highlighting staff stories and enterprise achievements.
  • Translate business strategy, financial performance, and organizational changes into clear and compelling messaging for employees at all levels.
  • Partner with HR on communications related to talent, culture initiatives, DEI, learning and development, and organizational change.
  • Measure internal engagement and use insights to continuously improve communications effectiveness.
  • Lead the agency’s marketing strategy to strengthen brand positioning and differentiation in the marketplace.
  • Oversee the creation of marketing materials, including website content, thought leadership pieces, case studies, and awards submissions.
  • Collaborate with the growth/new business team to support pitches and proposals through effective communications.
  • Ensure a consistent brand voice, visual identity, and messaging across all touchpoints.
  • Identify and activate opportunities to showcase the agency’s expertise through content, speaking engagements, and awards.
  • Manage and mentor internal communications and marketing team members and/or agency colleagues.
  • Act as a connective leader to surface stories and insights worth sharing both internally and externally.
  • Establish processes and governance to ensure efficiency, quality, and alignment across communications efforts.
  • Stay ahead of trends in employee communications, agency marketing, and brand storytelling.

Required Qualifications

  • 10+ years of experience in communications, marketing, or public relations, with a preference for agency or professional services backgrounds.
  • Proven leadership in internal communications, employee engagement, and brand marketing.
  • Strong strategic thinking combined with hands-on execution skills.
  • Exceptional writing, storytelling, and presentation abilities.
  • Experience advising senior executives and navigating change communications.
  • Comfort operating in a fast-paced, evolving environment with multiple stakeholders.
  • A data-informed mindset with experience measuring communications effectiveness.
  • Ability to work cross-functionally, manage ambiguity, and oversee multiple initiatives simultaneously.
  • Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree is a plus.
  • Demonstrated commitment to equity-centered leadership and inclusive client engagement.
