CAA is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Entry-Level Booking Agent Assistant to join our team in Nashville, Tennessee. In this role, you will provide essential support by managing calendars, preparing itineraries and contracts, coordinating with various stakeholders, and ensuring seamless client communications. This position offers a unique entry point into the dynamic world of talent representation and opportunities for professional growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive administrative support to booking agents, including managing calendars, scheduling meetings, and handling correspondence.
- Assist in the preparation and distribution of itineraries, contracts, and other tour-related documents.
- Conduct research on venues, promoters, and market trends to support booking strategies.
- Manage and organize client files, databases, and communication records with meticulous attention to detail.
- Liaise with artists, managers, promoters, and internal departments to ensure seamless logistical coordination.
- Handle incoming calls and emails, screening and prioritizing communications effectively.
- Assist with expense reports, travel arrangements, and other operational tasks as needed.
- Maintain confidentiality and exercise discretion when handling sensitive information.
- Proactively anticipate agent needs and provide solutions before issues arise.
Required Qualifications
- Exceptional organizational and time management skills with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel).
- High level of discretion and ability to handle confidential information with integrity.
- Proactive problem-solver with a strong work ethic and keen attention to detail.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Music Business, Entertainment Management, Communications, or a related field.
- Previous internship experience in the entertainment industry, talent agency, or music-related field.
