Position Overview

Located in Portland, OR (On-Site), Dimension 6 Fitness is an exclusive Nike licensee dedicated to driving growth for the world’s most iconic sports brand. Focused on the Nike Strength product line and select Nike Accessories, the company partners closely with Nike World Headquarters to create products and experiences that inspire athletes and consumers worldwide.

We are seeking a Global Brand Specialist with deep insights into training culture and a proven ability to build brands through product, athletes, and storytelling. This role is strategic and hands-on, responsible for setting a vision and executing go-to-market plans in a collaborative and dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own global brand strategy and positioning for the category, ensuring alignment with overall brand standards and business objectives.
  • Lead end-to-end execution of seasonal brand and product launches, from strategy and concept through delivery, launch, and post-launch evaluation.
  • Act as the single point of accountability for brand launches, ensuring work is delivered on time, on brief, and in market.
  • Define and deliver seasonal go-to-market plans, including launch priorities, storytelling frameworks, and executional roadmaps.
  • Translate product innovation into compelling, athlete-led narratives that resonate with the training consumer.
  • Drive day-to-day execution of campaigns, content, and product storytelling across owned and paid channels.
  • Collaborate with Product Operations, Product, and E-commerce teams to ensure product-to-market readiness and seamless execution.
  • Oversee product marketing and storytelling from positioning and messaging to campaign development and content production.
  • Lead creative development and production, including campaign concepts, briefs, shot lists, and on-set direction.
  • Integrate athletes and trainers into product development, launches, and storytelling in partnership with Sports Marketing teams.
  • Develop global GTM calendars, launch toolkits, and campaign playbooks for consistent execution across regions.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams (Product, Design, Creative, Sales, Retail, Regional) to deliver cohesive brand moments at scale.
  • Ensure all brand communications and assets meet standards and maintain consistency across channels and markets.
  • Manage brand and campaign budgets, timelines, and workflows with strong operational discipline.
  • Track campaign performance, using insights to optimize execution and inform future strategy.

Required Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience in brand marketing, product marketing, or related fields with a deep understanding of training, sport, and fitness culture.
  • Proven experience leading global brand strategy and go-to-market execution in a matrixed organization.
  • Experience working with high-profile athletes, trainers, and talent to deliver authentic, athlete-first storytelling.
  • Strong ability to balance creativity with operational rigor in a fast-moving and ambiguous environment.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
  • Strategic thinking paired with attention to detail and effective follow-through.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • A passion for training, strength, and performance, coupled with curiosity about innovation and future trends in sport.
