Full-Time Temporary Graphic Designer

Position Overview

At Spindrift, we’re on a mission to make every beverage a positive force of nature with real squeezed fruit and authentic flavors. We are seeking a full-time temporaryGraphic Designerto join our Digital Marketing Team for approximately 6 months while a team member is on leave. You will be an integral part of our in-house creative agency “The Juice,” responsible for conceptualizing and creating engaging brand expressions across print, digital, and social media. This role is based in Newton, MA (just 15 minutes outside of Boston) and requires 4 days a week in-office with 1 day work-from-home flexibility.

Key Responsibilities

• Bring the Spindrift brand to life with creative content including graphic design, photography, video, and animation.
• Edit and customize content for both organic and paid social channels.
• Support the content plan across all channels and platforms (website, social media, collateral, swag, etc.).
• Stay ahead of social media content trends and identify relevant opportunities for the brand.
• Wear multiple hats – from writing copy and art directing to occasionally “squeezing fruit.”

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Design, Marketing, Creative Writing, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5-7 years of professional experience with a strong portfolio.
• Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite and other relevant design software; print production expertise is a plus.
• Experience in photo editing and a solid understanding of photography principles.
• Strong command of Google Apps and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Avid user of social media with a keen eye for design excellence and visual storytelling:
  • Ability to ideate quickly and communicate ideas clearly.
  • Creativity, cultural pulse, and passion to engage and excite the audience.
  • Versatile, organized, and collaborative—comfortable juggling multiple projects.
• Excellent project management and presentation skills, with readiness to work outside normal office hours if needed.
