As a National Account Manager, you drive exhilarating sales growth and manage dynamic day-to-day selling activities with key customers. Key Responsibilities

  • Achieve desired sales goals by collaborating with assigned accounts, internal teams, the bottling network, and other stakeholders. Consistently meet or exceed key sales measures and targets (case volume, revenue, & trade spend).
  • Lead the joint business planning (JBP) process by negotiating price packages, sales programs, customer contracts, and strategic initiatives that drive mutual growth and support organic expansion, innovation, distribution, and customer marketing.
  • Collaborate with bottling partners to execute initiatives in distribution, program execution, void closure, new items, pricing, and in-stock improvements while proactively identifying opportunities to enhance customer service and business performance.
  • Develop and maintain strong business relationships with assigned accounts, understanding their operations and leading your team through business challenges to develop and execute profitable, strategic business plans.
  • Monitor financial impacts of business plans on both the company and customers, taking immediate action to resolve issues and recommending solutions based on data-driven insights.
  • Stay informed on industry best practices, trends, and technology, managing all account communications regarding promotional and executional opportunities in a timely manner.
  • Track and analyze relevant data to convert insights into effective sales solutions, ensuring accurate and timely dissemination of information among stakeholders.
  • Build and maintain annual volume and revenue plans that support mutual growth while adhering to assigned budgets.

Required Qualifications

  • Prefer a Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or a related field

Preferred Qualifications

  • More than 5 years of experience in retail, broker, and distributor sales environments
  • More than 5 years of experience in distributor or bottler sales environments
  • Proficiency in PowerPoint, Excel, and Outlook, along with data tools for business performance measurement, forecasting, analytics, and financial analysis
  • Direct selling experience within the Supermarket Channel and familiarity with Nielsen and/or IRI

Benefits & Perks

  • Compensation: Competitive total compensation with an estimated annual salary of $65,000 - $111,760. Actual pay may vary based on skills, qualifications, experience, and work location.
