Marketing Manager - Entry Level

Position Overview

UNICO is an outsourced marketing agency looking for an Entry Level Marketing Manager to join our sales team in the Covina area on a permanent basis. Our Entry Level Marketing Manager works with our team and various product specialists to deliver interactive sales presentations to prospective customers.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with other members of the sales team to develop efficient methods for handling issues with larger revenue customers
• Market and sell services to prospective consumers
• Manage daily client transactions and inquiries accurately, within established deadlines, operating within our Standard Operational Procedures
• Communicate clearly with staff in a timely and professional manner
• Identify cross-sell opportunities and escalate to our sales team and product partners in order to close or provide advice to the client
• Perform sales function and product needs analysis for the marketing campaign

Preferred Qualifications

• Clear written and verbal communication skills
• 1+ years of prior experience in customer service, sales or marketing
• Strong relationship management skills
• Ability to adapt to a rapidly changing business and technology environment, utilizing all available tools and resources to service clients efficiently
• Business acumen in the marketing and client relations field is preferred
• Must understand and comply with applicable regulations and standard operational procedures
• Must ensure that all transactions are executed properly and meet compliance guidelines
• Phenomenal negotiation and persuasion tactics
• Proven ability to overturn objections and close a sale when needed
• Excellent time management and flexibility under pressure
