Description

An Account Executive supports the Food & Beverage team with developing and managing integrated marketing campaigns and programs, which include but are not limited to advertising, promotions, digital marketing and events for consumer and business-to-business clients.

  • Support the F&B account team across all aspects of the job, including but not limited to client services, tradeshow and events, social media and digital marketing, and general account management services.
  • Support the management team on an ad hoc basis with reporting and special project execution.
  • Oversee client projects and deliverables involving the event marketing specialist and digital marketing specialist.
  • Liaise and network with a range of stakeholders including clients, colleagues, agency partners and partner organizations.
  • Manage project deliverables, timelines and budgets.
  • Contribute to the development of marketing plans and strategies for our clients.
  • Attend client meetings and assist with client and sales team requests.
  • Collaborate with team members on ways to improve internal processes and client programs.
  • Assist the team with monthly, quarterly, and yearly reports.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by supervisor and/or management.
  • Be a passionate advocate for our clients.
  • Administrative duties included but not limited to opening tracking time daily, client aging reports, client projects, setting up budgets, managing budgets, setting up new vendors, processing vendor invoices, etc.

Qualifications

Education & Training Requirements

  • Microsoft Office proficiency required.
  • Bachelor’s degree or relevant work experience.
