Key Responsibilities

• Perform repair work efficiently and accurately according to dealership and factory standards.
• Sell lubrication, safety inspections, and related services while maintaining accurate service records.
• Inspect vehicle fluid levels, check tire pressure, and perform road tests after repairs.
• Participate in manufacturer-sponsored training programs and stay updated on technical bulletins.
• Maintain a clean shop area, follow safety regulations, and promptly report any machinery defects.

Required Qualifications

• Ability to perform light maintenance and repairs including lube, oil, filter changes, tire balancing and rotation, and cooling system flushing.
• High School Diploma or equivalent education; or one to three months of related experience and training.
• Strong attention to detail, effective communication skills, and the ability to adhere to safety protocols.
• Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment under dealership and factory standards.
