Job Description

Position Overview

Elevance Health is seeking an Executive Administrator (Executive Admin Asst I) to perform a variety of confidential and diversified support functions for two Vice Presidents and their leadership teams. Location: Must be located in either Indianapolis, IN or Louisville, KY, with an in-office requirement of 4 days per week which fosters collaboration while providing flexibility for productivity and work-life balance.

Key Responsibilities

  • Responsibilities: Write and route confidential correspondence.
  • Screen, handle, or distribute incoming phone calls and complaints.
  • Maintain confidential correspondence and manage general files.
  • Order supplies and manage inventory.
  • Prepare and track budgets, coordinate travel plans, and submit expense reports.
  • Compile and distribute meeting minutes, reports, documents, and proposals.
  • Collate and assemble materials and make arrangements for meetings and presentations.
  • Organize chart updates and review documentation for conformance with internal policies and procedures.
  • Utilize various software packages, including spreadsheets, word processors, databases, and graphics tools to produce high-quality reports and presentations.
  • Research, verify, and prepare various reports and maintain databases.

Required Qualifications

  • Requirements: HS diploma or equivalent and a minimum of 5+ years of administrative experience; or any combination of education and experience providing an equivalent background.

  • Qualifications: Ability to demonstrate flexibility and professionalism while maintaining strict confidentiality.
