Position Overview

Key Responsibilities

• Engage in real-world projects using Java, Python, data science, or machine learning techniques.
• Build and enhance technical skill portfolios through practical project work.
• Participate in skill enhancement programs to gain the requisite expertise for client needs.
• Collaborate with mentors and teams to refine technical competency and prepare for interviews.
• Assist in project development using modern frameworks and tools (e.g., Spring Boot, Microservices, Docker, Jenkins, REST API).

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field.
• Demonstrated project work that highlights technical skills; for Java/Software roles: experience in Core Java, Javascript, C++, Spring Boot, Microservices, Docker, Jenkins, and REST API; for Data Science roles: proficiency in Statistics, SAS, Python, Computer Vision, and data visualization tools.
• Highly motivated, self-learner with strong technical curiosity.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Familiarity with NLP, text mining, Tableau, or time series analysis (especially beneficial for Data Science roles).
