Job Summary

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Field Operations Lead to inspect our daily cleaning operations, support our teams on-site, and ensure every unit meets our quality standards. As the on-the-ground support for our vacation rentals, you will handle routine property upkeep, and assist with smooth daily operations. This role is perfect for someone who takes pride in their work, enjoys hands-on tasks, and values delivering top-quality hospitality.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee execution of maintenance and property caretaking responsibilities
  • Verify and control quality before issues escalate
  • Support maintenance and property caretakers
  • Complete maintenance and property caretaking responsibilities as needed
  • Identify real-time issues and report early
  • Maintain operational and property standards
  • Perform regional audits
  • Determine staffing needs on field
  • Hire and train new property caretakers and maintenance staff
  • Ensure documentation is completed for new hires
  • Lead establishment of field operations teams in new regions

Qualifications

  • 2–4+ years experience in handling team, housekeeping, or facilities operations
  • Must have valid drivers license & reliable transportation.
  • Experience as team leader, supervisor, or inspector preferred
  • Strong leadership, coordination, and problem-solving skills
  • Detail-oriented with high cleaning quality standards
  • Comfortable using mobile apps for schedules, photos, and reports
  • Proactive, and professional with staff and clients
