In this Healthcare Customer Service Representative - Work From Home role you will support healthcare customers by addressing inquiries via phone, email, chat, or social media. You’ll help resolve issues, document interactions, and contribute to a team that combines innovative technology with personal engagement to deliver exceptional service.

Key Responsibilities

  • Engage with customers via phone, email, chat, or social media to address questions and concerns
  • Resolve and de-escalate issues calmly and effectively
  • Escalate interactions when necessary
  • Respond to assistance requests and process payments when required
  • Document call details accurately for audits and reporting
  • Provide constructive feedback on call issues
  • Upsell products or services as applicable

Required Qualifications

  • Ability to work remotely in a virtual team setting
  • At least 6 months of customer service experience (preferred)
  • Must be over 18 years of age
  • Typing speed of at least 25 words per minute
  • High school diploma or GED required
  • Comfortable using desktop computer systems and Windows operating systems
  • Strong oral and written communication skills
  • Proven logical problem-solving abilities
  • Excellent organizational skills and ability to prioritize work effectively
  • Must meet work-from-home requirements: minimum download speed of 12.0 Mbps, minimum upload speed of 3.0 Mbps, ISP with no packet loss and under 50ms ping, proof of internet speed, and a clean, quiet workspace
