In this Healthcare Customer Service Representative - Work From Home role you will support healthcare customers by addressing inquiries via phone, email, chat, or social media. You’ll help resolve issues, document interactions, and contribute to a team that combines innovative technology with personal engagement to deliver exceptional service.
Key Responsibilities
- Engage with customers via phone, email, chat, or social media to address questions and concerns
- Resolve and de-escalate issues calmly and effectively
- Escalate interactions when necessary
- Respond to assistance requests and process payments when required
- Document call details accurately for audits and reporting
- Provide constructive feedback on call issues
- Upsell products or services as applicable
Required Qualifications
- Ability to work remotely in a virtual team setting
- At least 6 months of customer service experience (preferred)
- Must be over 18 years of age
- Typing speed of at least 25 words per minute
- High school diploma or GED required
- Comfortable using desktop computer systems and Windows operating systems
- Strong oral and written communication skills
- Proven logical problem-solving abilities
- Excellent organizational skills and ability to prioritize work effectively
- Must meet work-from-home requirements: minimum download speed of 12.0 Mbps, minimum upload speed of 3.0 Mbps, ISP with no packet loss and under 50ms ping, proof of internet speed, and a clean, quiet workspace
