Title: Senior AI Architect – Next-Gen AI Platform

Responsibilities
- Define and maintain scalable, reliable, and high-performance AI system architectures.
- Lead model training and fine-tuning strategies including Supervised Fine-Tuning, LoRA, and prompt tuning.
- Architect intelligent agent systems with task decomposition and context management.
- Design knowledge management architectures using vector databases and knowledge graphs.
- Mentor senior engineers and lead complex cross-team AI initiatives.
Requirements
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, AI, or related field (PhD preferred).
- 12+ years designing and deploying AI/ML systems.
- Deep knowledge of Machine Learning & Deep Learning fundamentals.
- Proficiency in Python and experience with PyTorch or equivalent ML frameworks.
- Strong understanding of prompt engineering & optimization.
