Key Responsibilities

  • Assist individuals in understanding their coverages and selecting the right products, services, and solutions to meet their needs.
  • Provide full lifecycle customer service and sales support, including handling inbound calls and conducting follow-up outreach.
  • Respond to customer inquiries with compassion and active listening to deliver efficient and effective solutions.
  • Identify additional needs and help customers upgrade products or services to enhance their overall experience.

Required Qualifications

  • High speed internet access (>15 mbps).
  • Aptitude, self-discipline, and tenacity to learn what it takes to become a licensed insurance associate, including passing the state licensing exam (with robust coaching support).
  • Ability to maintain strict personal privacy for customer information.
  • Strong customer service orientation.
  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional education is a plus.
  • Proficiency with MS Windows and other computer applications.
