This labor-intensive position is responsible for hand building pallets of product for bulk and routing trucks. It offers a Immediate Hiring opportunity with No Experience Required. The role requires close attention to loading order accuracy, operating equipment like forklifts and electronic pallet jacks, and maintaining a clean, safe work environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Hand build pallets for bulk product loads.
• Route trucks efficiently.
• Ensure strict order accuracy when loading outgoing and unloading incoming trucks.
• Utilize forklifts and/or electronic pallet jacks following electronic order systems or order sheets.
• Comply with shipper/receiver documentation and follow warehouse instructions.
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment.
• Adapt to a wide variety of weather conditions and variable shift durations based on workload.
