Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement manufacturing processes in accordance with company standards and industry best practices.
• Identify areas for improvement and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce costs.
• Lead and collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement new product designs and processes.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards.
• Conduct research and analysis to identify new technologies and methods to improve manufacturing processes.
• Create and maintain detailed documentation of manufacturing processes and procedures.
• Train and mentor junior engineers and technicians.
• Collaborate with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of materials and components.
• Monitor and analyze production data to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives and lean manufacturing principles throughout the organization.
• Provide technical support to production teams and troubleshoot any manufacturing issues.
• Actively participate in cross-functional meetings and provide input on product design and process improvements.
• Stay updated on industry advancements and trends to ensure Textron remains a leader in the aerospace and defense industry.
• Communicate effectively with team members, management, and other stakeholders to ensure project success.
• Adhere to all company policies and procedures and maintain a safe and clean work environment.
