The Senior Marketing Manager – Products & Experiences will support marketing for the Products & Experiences department at BSE Global. In this role, you will help grow new businesses across Digital Media, Live Experiences, and Consumer Products, driving go-to-market campaigns, managing cross‐functional deliverables, coordinating with both internal and external partners, and ensuring projects are executed on time and within budget.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the development and execution of integrated marketing plans for Products & Experiences properties (Digital Media, Live Experiences, and Consumer Products).
- Collaborate cross-functionally with departments including Creative, Partnerships, Communications, and Ticketing; and identify/manage external agencies/vendors as needed.
- Assist in building brand identities, visual assets, and campaign creative working with internal design teams and external resources.
- Manage day-to-day project timelines, deliverables, and communications across internal stakeholders and external partners.
- Partner with digital marketing leads across organic social, paid media, email, and web to drive lead generation, audience engagement, and retention.
- Monitor campaign performance and provide analysis to optimize against brand goals including awareness, acquisition, and retention.
- Work with the Data, Analytics & Insights team to evaluate campaign impact, generate audience insights, and conduct competitive/category research.
- Support budget management by processing invoices, tracking expenses, and contributing to budget planning.
Required Qualifications
- 5-7 years of marketing experience (experience in sports, entertainment, lifestyle, or consumer brands is a plus).
- Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills with the ability to create clear and compelling decks, briefs, and recaps.
- Proficiency with digital and social media platforms; experience managing paid campaigns across META and Google is a plus.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to measure and report on campaign performance.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Strong organizational and project management skills with the ability to juggle multiple priorities.
- Team-oriented with strong interpersonal skills, capable of building productive relationships across functions and with partners.
- Creative problem-solver with curiosity and passion for launching new brands and consumer experiences.

Compensation: $90,000 - $110,000 base salary
