Your Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute the design strategy for our own brand products in alignment with the company's overall brand vision.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including marketing, product development, and sourcing to ensure cohesive and effective design solutions.
  • Create visually appealing and innovative packaging designs that effectively communicate the brand message and differentiate our products in the market.
  • Conduct market research and stay updated on industry trends to identify opportunities for improvement and innovation in packaging and marketing strategies.
  • Manage the design process from concept to final production, ensuring timely delivery and maintaining high quality standards.
  • Lead and mentor a team of designers to ensure consistency and excellence in design across all own brand products.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with vendors and suppliers to ensure timely and cost-effective production of packaging materials.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop effective marketing campaigns and materials that align with the brand vision and drive sales.
  • Conduct regular reviews and analysis of own brand packaging and marketing materials to identify areas for improvement and make necessary adjustments.
  • Ensure compliance with all packaging and labeling regulations and standards.
  • Represent the company's brand and design philosophy in meetings with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Stay updated on the latest design software and tools, and recommend upgrades and improvements as needed.
  • Continuously evaluate and improve processes and procedures to enhance efficiency and effectiveness in design and marketing operations.
  • Uphold the company's values and contribute towards creating a positive and inclusive work culture.
